It’s that time of year when everyone scrambles for Christmas cards. Who has the best deals? Who has the most unique designs? I tend to freak out less about this now that I’ve embraced the fact that I send my Christmas cards six months late. I’m in no hurry! (I may not have finished sending out Cooper’s baby announcements yet. Ahem.)
If you’re looking for real inspiration, you need to check out the blog from Minted. More than simply designing Christmas cards, you can see ideas for your whole home at Julep, which is chock full of Pin-able images.
I LOVE these home ideas from Julep. Maybe it’s because I’m a writer, but I am a total sucker for a good letter. Especially the giant kind.
Gorgeous, right? I want to build a swing for our house. Madness and busted heads might ensue, but how fun! And doesn’t that look simple to make?
Everything on the blog is fresh, unique, and really super pretty. There are craft and DIY ideas as well, like this pretty paper pumpkin. There are step-by-step instructions on how to make this, and you could even use your kids’ art work instead of the craft paper.
My absolute favorite? TYPOGRAPHY SUGAR COOKIES. You KNOW I’ll be trying these!
If you’re in need of some design, DIY and craft inspiration, head over to Julep now! And you know if you find great inspiration there that the Christmas cards and other paper products from Minted are going to be fantastic as well.
And now, despite the 30 degree weather, I want a Mint Julep to drink.
