This week has been nuts, people. IS nuts. I got so little done and have so much to do. This post is a simple here’s-what-I’m-doing post. If you don’t find the minute details of my life interesting, skip this post.
Here are the things I did NOT get done this week from my to-do list:
-finish a derby parody song and video
-make cinnamon chocolate cayenne cupcakes
-make a fall wreath from ugly thrift store wreath
Here are things I DID do from my to-do list:
-blog about zucchini pizzas
-shop and plan outfits for Blog Elevated
-get rid of a headache
Here are things I NEED to do from my to-do list:
-color gray hairs with a sharpie
-write schedule for Rob taking care of Cooper (eeeee!)
-iron my dress
-find the iron
Here are things I did that were NOT on my list:
-eat Swiss chocolate
-try panceta on my salad
-shop at Ross, buy outfits, drain bank account to 43 cents
Hm. There is a lot of food consumption on that last list. Probably not at all because I’m stressed, sort of in advance, at the crazy weekend coming up with conference and derby bout and oh, yeah, making lineups. Gah! Plus a baby who is teething and constipated and yeah. So add in a doctor’s visit and very little sleep.
The thing is, I can’t wait! I am super stoked about the Blog Elevated Conference. I am still figuring out the whole nursing-baby thing, but that means it’s time for another list.
Here are things I need to PACK:
-cooler (or something in which to preserve milk)
-1 million business cards
Maybe I need a list of things I don’t know that I need to pack that I need to pack for a blogging conference. Any suggestions?
